Claudia Villazon
Urban planning
Claudia works for isardSAT since november 2009 on administrative and identifying new business areas.
She studied Urban Planning at the Faculty of Architecture at UNAM (Mexico) and obteined the Advanced Studies Diploma of the PhD in Urban Planning at UPC. As a researcher she has developed works in design of public space, collective art and participatory processes. As a work experience, in Barcelona and Mexico, she participated in the creation of strategic plans, urban planning, regional planning, urban regeneration, accessibility and architectural barriers plans, and also, social participatory design projects. Since 2005, voluntarily, she has collaborated with some artistic, political and urban collectives like SELAI Semana Latinoamericana de Arte Independiente, City Mine(d), and currently, Repensar Bon Pastor.
Personally, she likes music, cinema, contemporary art, the citiy's public space and butter cookies.
